Teens will learn lots of tips and tricks of the trade, everything from cutting techniques, different cooking methods, while using fresh herbs and get to know spices and how to cook with them. Each lesson built s onto the next.
We will prepare egg dishes like Omelettes, Eggs Benedict – each one will make their own bread, butternut soup, cook different chicken, pasta and meat dishes including done-ness of meat, sauces, salad and some dessert.
